Student Rooms available in our Experienced Homestay House. 2 beautiful rooms, One single ($1,400, one Double ($1,500) Would suit ESL, UVIC, & Camsoun students. ** update! We have a large above ground swimming pool now!**

Down the road from Camosun Lansdown, 10 Min Bus to UVic. 15 Minute walk to willows beach. 5 Min walk to food shops. 5 Min walk to Tennis courts & sports grounds. 5 Min Drive to measure centre/swimming pool or large shopping malls.

Beautiful home with large living space, clean, and decorated to high standards. Big back garden, private, gated.

All occupants of the house must be able to provide a Criminal background check, and be OK with sharing the house with other students who come and go.

Prices include: All utilities WiFi Internet, Shared bathroom T.V. ( Prime & Netflix ) Free no limits parking on street.

For Long Term Students & Travelers, Optional, but recommended Full Board: - All Meals + Tea & Coffee. ( prices for full board negotiable to each persons meal choices and dietary preferences) ****We have found that having a flat rate budget, and inclusive of grocery shopping and storing foods together is simpler then having separate spaces for each persons coffee, cereal, breads, milks, bowls of fruit exc, as it really takes over the kitchen, and ends up with wasted food.
I often bake things like banana bread, muffins, exc, and make my own applesauce exc.

Experienced Homestay Host Mamma, and her two well behaved and social children ( living here only Half the week), are looking for students & travellers to share our home, and fun times with us.

We play boardgames, and socialize, We like to go out for walks to the beaches, go to leisure centres, and events. We are happy to show you the best spots in Victoria for the things you are interested in.

We have a family environment, it’s quite chill, I have the kids 50% of the week, the other days I work from home. The environment would suit people who are studying or work from home on their computer, who maybe enjoy the occasional chill dinner party, but is not a home for rowdy partying.

We have some simple house rules, about keeping shared spaces tidy, or being respectful of quiet times and guests. Things to ensure everyone feels comfortable. Please ask if you have any questions.

I have traveled many places, and know what its like to share a home with other families, and have learned from those experiences - aiming to be a fantastic Host mom for any students wishing to stay with us.
