Fully furnished basement in a semi-detached house. It has a large bedroom, office space and small living room/TV area. Private bathroom on the second floor. Family friendly neighbourhood within walking distance of the Audley Recreational Centre which has a library, pool, gym, skate park and lots of green areas.

We are an empty nester working couple, with a few days a week working from home. We are looking for a non-smoker, clean, courteous, and responsible full time professional or student who is mature financially. Rent includes ALL services – Heat, water, electricity, and Internet. Availability: October 1, 2023, 6 months contract, renewable every 6 months. Requirements:

• First and last month upfront.
• Proof of income: Employment letter and last two pay stubs.
• Rental history, credit report and credit references.
• Students: Proof of enrolment in school.
