Will need to request ID, proof of employment, background check please. Payment would be first of each month. 2 months min. please. After that, month to month.

Price includes all hydro, hot water, high speed 100 internet, in-house washer/dryer, small kitchen with all essentials, etc., vacuum, vacuum robot, high quality linens /blankets, towels, etc.

1 bedroom, shared bath. You have 2 private drawers at sink area and area under, 2 large shelves in bathroom linen closet. This 2 bedroom, very secure, very quiet and very clean small condo, faces south and is on main floor with walk out from living room. Across the street from groceries, pharmacy, restaurants, banks, etc. Bus at street to Ottawa, Hull, Gatineau.

Parking not currently assigned, but free exterior parking is available very close by. On occasion, an indoor or outdoor parking space becomes available for rent. (separate agreement between you and that owner. I csn help facilitate).

Your small furnished bedroom has very clean, newer queen size Temperpedic mattress, long table desk (15.75 in. X 6 ft) with stool, double closet. Sorry, it doesn’t have a dresser, but there are 2 shelves in 10 ft high closet and baskets are provided for clothing, laundry, etc. if you wish. Privacy guaranteed. Privacy lock on bedroom door.

You are welcome to use all common areas. Building is ultra clean, secure, quiet, well maintained and walls between condos and rooms are almost sound proof.

All detergents, soaps, paper towels, t-paper, etc. included. I will provide laundry detergents and shampoos of your choice.

Shared kitchen with your own half of new fridge/freezer, your own large pot drawer and 2 shelves in cupboard). You are most welcome to use everything in kitchen ie dishes, pots, cutlery, oils, spices, available condiments. I ensure small condo is very clean and well aired. I am happy to clean your room, change/ wash provided sheets and towels, if you wish.

I guaranty your privacy while requiring that room is vacuumed weekly due to dust allergies. Can discuss. I am very flexible.

Full access to a great Gym.

The condominium building has a small library that can often be used as an extra space or for additional privacy. Both gym and library have televisions.

High speed internet 100. There is a TV in living room and you are welcome to it when not in use; or to use your own in your private room (sorry, not provided). Friend(s), family welcome to visit or have a dinner in privacy. Prefer no overnight guests please.
Persons using any pronoun very welcome ie. he/she/they/them/xe/etc. All ethnicities, religions very welcome and respected.

After meeting, we would agree on requests and conditions so both parties feel comfortable sharing this small condo. I am flexible re length of time you wish to stay. A definite is No Smoking or Cannabis. Thank you.

I am a quiet, retired female. My career was in the Federal Government. Secret security clearance is still valid due to previous contract work. I have lived mostly in Aylmer and area. I am often out and will completely respect your privacy. The only other roomie is 1 indoor cat who mostly stays in my room or living room.
