Best for someone looking for something fully-furnished, where they can just bring their essential belongings and have a central place to stay temporarily month-to-month until they figure out something more permanent.

It’s a cozy, private, minimalist room in a shared condo. It has a twin-sized daybed (which can extend into a king-sized bed), small wardrobe, dresser drawers, and side lamp.

The rest of the space is a fully-stocked living environment. There is a fully-equiped kitchen, in-unit laundry, mini personal library, and 55“ 4K TV.

The location is the main attraction. The intersection is York St & Queens Quay West. Being in the heart of the touristy part of Toronto, you will hit the CN Tower just a few steps out the door (exaggeration). The building entrance/exit opens up straight to the Toronto sightseeing double decker bus, as well as to a streetcar stop serviced by the 510 and 509 every 2-3ish minutes. Both go straight to the Ferry Docks Terminal and then on to Union Station. There are countless food and drink options nearby, Timmies and Starbucks included. There are also a couple of convenience stores, a Farmboy, a handful of private water taxi operators to take you straight to the Toronto Islands, a pharmacy, a walk-in clinic, and the Harbourfront Centre within a 60-second walking radius (no exaggeration).

The unit has an amazing view of the Lake and Islands, and is an incredibly therapeutic sight to wake up to. The building has an indoor/outdoor pool, patio deck, and a gym.

It’ll just be me at the unit. I work in-office from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday, and am usually away on the weekends. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, and have no pets.

I may have guests over from time to time. I’m up for a conversation but not incessantly so. I need my personal quiet moments at times too. I like keeping to myself, but not hermetically so. I like quiet, but also love a good bass in thriller movies. 😂

I’m flexible and am willing to make things easier for you and work with you. So, do just let me know if and when you need anything, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you. And please do vice versa.

I value cleanliness - particularly in the bathroom.
