Christine's room

This is a 1 bedroom 10 x 9ft room, will be unfurnished. You have your own closet and a large window overlooking the back yard. Lights changed recently, room will be repainted. Shared 1.5 bathroom, common space areas, mudroom, washer/dryer, and dishwasher + a little bit of storage space. We also have a large fenced in backyard.

Rent will include Utilities, High Speed Internet/WiFi, basic commodities, and one off street parking spot. The house is in a prime location near amenities such as Save-on-foods, H-Mart, many restaurants, Lougheed town centre skytrain station and Lougheed Mall (5-12 minute walk to what is listed above).

Email to see the place, current roommate has moved out. The pictures is the current room, but it will be repainted and curtains updated.

We are LGBTQ friendly and we’re clean, warm, quiet, and laid back. We do like to play games ranging from Board games, Console, and PC games.

We have friendly cats/kittens and a med. sized dog, you may have a caged animal in your room, or you may discuss it with myself.

Please be mindful to coffee, prawn, and gluten allergies as well as two of us have asthma.
