Security deposit (half month rent) and first month rent due before moving in. Will require previous landlord references. (Map location is a little off 3 blocks away from Skytrain station and lougheed mall)

Please be mindful to coffee, coconut and shellfish allergies, one of us also has asthma, so no smoking inside. There is also friendly cats/kittens and a super friendly Med. sized dog.
