Executive apartment style condo located on the river, Northside Fredericton. Walking distance to Carlton Park, Picaroons and downtown. Furnished room with queen bed. Own bathroom. I have a 20 pound dog and cannot have any other pets.

I am recently retired and travel frequently so you would have the entire condo to yourself quite often. The building has a wide mix of ages. Small gym onsite as well as a guest suite
