Dufferin Street

I’m renting out a room in a condo with your own bathroom. The condo is located just south of Yorkdale mall and a 10 minute walk from Lawrence subway station. Very transit friendly, it’s a super convenient area and it’s just 15 minutes from downtown. There is a 24 hour shoppers drug Mart and multiple grocery stores in the area including Costco, Walmart ,Metro, No Frills and Fortinos (walking distance). The room is unfurnished but comes with a spacious closet. Amenities include: a concierge, a gym, party room, visitor parking, a rooftop patio with heated pool and hot tub as well as BBQ’s and sauna. The room will be available September 15th or earlier. There’s also washer/dryer in unit and dishwasher. Shared kitchen and living room space, very large balcony! Furnishings are not the same as the photos are previously taken. The room is UNFURNISHED.

I’m fairly laid back and don’t foresee any problems as long as the common areas are kept tidy and clean. Very simple rules: clean up after yourself and I will do the same. I am a little more nocturnal but won’t make noise or be loud out of respect if you have a different sleep schedule. I am a contractor so my schedule is always changing. Sometimes I’m home, sometimes I’m not! Minimum 4 months required. If you need parking, there are parking units that are available for rent – generally $90 or higher. I also have a beautiful cat that lives in the unit so keep that in mind as if you’re not a cat person probably not the best place to live!
