York Street

It’s a large house on York street near Queen’s university. You get your own bath and bed and you can share the kitchen and hall with three other girls, all are in health sciences at Queen’s in their second year. There is TV, fridge, heating, laundry on site; all utilities are included in the rent.

This is only an 8 month lease until end of April and you can extend it after that if you want to.

The place is exactly a 11 min walk from main campus Queen’s university and 15 minute walk from the commerce building.

There are three girls; they share a bathroom while you get your own. They are super quiet and helpful. I loved staying here and the reason I’m moving out is because I’m moving back to my house and not living in the city anymore! There’s a park in front of the house and the area is all residential so it’s super safe! The girls bright a TV, dining tables, microwave and fridge and pots and pans so you can use theirs and don’t have to bring your own. There’s a large pantry and the roomies are really nice people to go to the gym with or just talk to!
