💲 $1300 all in 🌳Available: Sept 1st 🚗 Parking included 😺 Pet friendly Basement has its own entrance and private living space including large bedroom, walk in dressing room, bathroom (shower only), and tons of storage in the large shared laundry/furnace room which is also my costume atelier. Living room area is yours however it includes the staircase I will need to access to get to the laundry room/workshop.
Unfortunately it’s not a full kitchen but there is a fridge, large toaster oven, microwave, rice cooker, two electric cooking pans and dishware if you don’t have your own. Private backyard we will share. *Female identified people preferred to share space (queer/trans safe space) but anyone could be the right fit. I have a cat and all friendly pets are welcome.

Part of the bathroom has a low ceiling so a very tall person over 6ft should pass. Some furniture available (couch/table and chairs pictured) but there is no bed and the walk-in closet/side room area is empty. No couples or families.

Asking $1300 including internet and all utilities which I pay for. Temporary residence is also fine. No couples or families. Sound travels and this is part of my space so I can only rent to one person. Thank you

Early 40s cis woman, creative performance professional and also financial professional. My friend lived in my basement for three years but it was time for her to move on so I’m looking for the right fit since there is some shared space in the laundry room and sometimes I need to use the workshop for sewing. I have lots of energy and an out often but am generally not loud when I’m home. Footsteps and other things will be heard though it’s not completely sound proof, however I’ve had three different people live down there and it always worked out.
