This is a fully furnished room with a new bed, end table, and dresser and new bedding in a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse in Upper Sahali. This is a very safe and quiet neighborhood with many students and young families. High speed Wi-Fi and all utilities are included. Air conditioning and furnace to keep the temperature comfortable. If you have a vehicle there is street parking available. If you do not drive, this is only a 2 minute walk to the bus stop. Less than 10 minutes from the major shopping centers and Thompson Rivers University. Only one person living here currently. The main bathroom with shower will be shared but there is another bathroom without a shower on the main floor. Kitchen and living/dining room are also shared spaces. There is some space for storage in the basement, and an extra room for studying etc.

I am the owner of this townhouse and the only person living here. I’m looking for a roomie who I can get along with and potentially be friends with. I do not smoke, or party, or do drugs but I do like to have drinks with friends occasionally. For the most part I’m a pretty quiet person so if you need to study or sleep I’m sure you won’t be bothered. I work from 7am to 330pm from Sunday to Thursday. Usually I’m up at 530am and in bed by 10pm. After work I’m usually at the gym or at home cooking. For cleaning I generally just clean up after myself as I go and don’t let things sit or pile up. I don’t have company over often amd spend alot of time out of the house. I’m mainly looking for someone who is friendly, clean, and respectful with a full-time job or a full time student.
