Looking for a FEMALE roommate for this spacious townhouse! There are currently 2 other primary tenants that are living in this home (+ 1 child, see below).

We are looking to rent out 1 bedroom & 1 private bathroom in this bright, spacious townhouse with high ceilings.

The bedroom & bathroom for rent are shown in the photos, on the top floor of the house. The other tenants occupy the basement + main bedroom & office on the top floor. Shared kitchen on the main floor. Laundry washer and dryer are on the top floor.

Furniture negotiable. The space already has furniture, but if you are moving in and need space for furniture we can discuss. Internet, heat, water and electricity is included in the $750 per month.

Large backyard with furniture that can be used in the summer. Street parking in front of the house. A bus stop on the same block takes you straight to the train station.

Short-term to start, but open to long term if we all enjoy living together :)

Looking for someone quiet and clean people, preferably working or in school. We do love to socialize, have dinners, etc, but also enjoy having our quiet time to wind down to ourselves.

Hello! My name is June :) I work full-time and go to school part-time, so I generally have a pretty busy schedule. In my spare time, I love spending time with friends, family, cooking, working out, travelling, going out for food and music shows, or relaxing with my feet up at home!

I share this townhouse with my older sister and her young daughter. We would consider ourselves introverted extroverts. We love to connect with other people but enjoy our alone time to reset and decompress. We are looking for someone that is clean and quiet, as we like to keep our space tidy.

We have busy schedules so we aren’t home all the time. When we are home, you’ll usually find us cooking up a tasty snack or just winding down by ourselves in our respective spaces :)

I work downtown and got to school part-time at MRU, so happy to discuss carpool options if it works with our schedules!

Regarding her daughter - she is almost 2 years old. Those who are concerned about living with a young child - I’ll say that was my concern at first but I’ve actually found her very easy to live with! She’s usually up around 9am, naps in the afternoon, and then goes to bed around 8pm. My sister also goes to visit/sleep at my moms 1, sometimes 2, nights a week. And her daughter will also spend time with her dad 1-2 evenings of the week. So they are not home all the time. They also have the basement to themselves so if they’re not up in the kitchen, they’ll be downstairs to themselves. Her daughter is super sweet. She’s not troublesome and doesn’t really throw tantrums at all (compared to my other nieces & nephews I’ve seen at that age lol). We’re also super flexible and happy to talk about ways where we can make it a peaceful living space for everyone!
