Private bedroom and bathroom with a big closet. There is a queen size bed already in there. There is also a den included in the space. Plus lots of storage. Shared kitchen, dining room and living room upstairs.

About us: We are a young couple (f21 and m19) looking to rent out our basement to another young couple. We’re friendly and like keeping a clean and welcoming home. We enjoy listening to music and spending time outdoors. Playing board games. Having friends over. That kind of stuff.

Wifi is $30 a month Electricity is $50 a month Gas is $50 You will each have to pay a total of $730 a month.

We’re looking for someone around the same age as us. No drug use. If you’re a smoker/vaper it must be done outside. No pets.

Looking for someone who is adaptable and enjoys quiet nights as well as someone who can put up with late night shenanigans (noise) and wouldn’t mind if we have people over.
