Renata's room

I have a sweet little house with one bedroom to rent on the main floor. this will include bathroom: furnished kitchen, dining area and living room with an open plan design. There is also an unfurnished basement studio suite; large living area/bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Renting either or both are options. Rent will be divided for these two spaces.

I have raised a family and am now retired. I will be away most of the time, so it will be your own space(s) 99% of the time. I have a 2nd bedroom on the main floor which I will retain while I am away. I am a gardener, landscaper and cook. I do art and am a music appreciator.
