Hello everyone! starting October 1st, there would be an unfurnished room available in our - 800ft2 - 2-Bedroom Basement Suite (Gorge/Tillicum) apartment w/d in unit no smoking off-street parking . Room can come furnished for a little fee.
Newer quiet two-bedroom basement suite located one block from the nearest bus stop and about 1 km from Tillicum Mall.

I am a clean, quiet, non-smoker, respectful and easy going person looking for a similar person. Open communication and honesty is very important as well as doing your own part to take proper care of the suite, to be able to live amicable. BIPOC friendly!
I work FT with the school district and have my business that I am growing as well. Living a healthy lifestyle is important to me , so I enjoy doing 🧘♀️ going on nature walks, playing board games here and there, and trying out new recipes.
I don’t like, entertain, or cause drama and hoping that you’re also the same. Our home has been a safe haven for us after a busy day, and would like to keep it that way 😊
