Hello, A friend and I are renting a 3 bedroom place starting Sept 15th and our contract goes till June 15th. We are in search of a 3rd roommate. Preferably for the full 9 months but would consider a shorter contract. The house has 2 floors and is furnished. 10 mins drive out of Nelson but it is lake front! You would have the whole bottom floor to yourself, there is a queens size bed, office and a bathroom with a shower down there. the kitchen is upstairs. The upstairs is as much yours as it is ours :) The rent would be $1100 plus utilities and wifi.

no smoking/vaping in or next to house and unfortunately no pets.

We are both in our late 20s and are childhood friends from North Vancouver. I Aby, love to snowboard, hike, camp, just love being in nature. But also love socializing with friends, at a pub or having games night. I Also enjoy having nights in cooking dinner and watching a movie. Grace also loves to ski and camp. She enjoys socializing and playing games but also enjoys her own space or time with a good book. She loves to cook :)
