Hi 😁 I’ll leave my room in a condo in downtown on October 1st (possible a few days before). It’s located on Bathurst & Front, it has a patio with bbq, gym, sauna, party rooms, pool 🎱, guest rooms. The room is furnished with bed & mattress, desk, chair, closet, AC, lamp, 58’’ TV. The shared kitchen includes fridge, oven, microwave, kitchen ustensils… The bathroom is shared with 2 other rooms. There are washing machine & dryer within the unit. 💸 The rent is 1380$/month, including fast internet & utilities.
Located in fashion district, the apartment is close to all groceries and shops, 5min to the lake, TTC streetcars are at 3min. Very close to all bars & restaurants on King. The room is available from October 1st (perhaps before), to December 31st, extendable if needed.
About the roomies
The other rooms are occupied by students & young professionnals, aged between 25 / 30. It’s 4 bedroom 2 washroom apartment 3 people are sharing one washroom
