My spouse 26 and I 27 have a spare room that we currently just use as storage and play time for the kitties.

Room has closet, room for twin bed, and small desk.

We already have internet so if you’d like to chip in it wouldn’t be more than 20 a month Hydro is not included but very reasonable each month. Very close to Guelph U Close to Stoneroad Mall

MUST be an animal person we have 3 Cats and are currently helping a friend in housing their guinea pigs for the time being.

Please note a signed roommate agreement by roomie, my spouse and I will be signed to ensure everyone is treated fairly and there are no issues if things don’t work out. This would include basic house rules, payment agreements and termination of agreement by either party. We want everyone to feel safe and respected.

I 27 male work Monday to Friday. Spouse 26 F works full time during the summer and goes to the university in the fall.

Quiet introverts here.

We drink a few here an there but never loud or party.

We rarley smoke cannabis.

Willing to give a trial period for cheaper than initial payment. We want you to be comfortable and obviously us to be comfortable. Home life shouldn’t cause any stress.
