This shared apartment near TMU (Toronto Metropolitan University) is a 5-minute walk from Dundas Street Car. This is the Master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet available from January 1st, 2024 to April 30th, 2024 with the possibility to extend until the end of May. You’ll be sharing the apartment with two fellow female students, the whole apartment is furnished including the bedroom.

The apartment is located very close to College and Dundas station, providing a convenient and comfortable living space for students pursuing their education. Please contact me for more information and availability details.

Amenities include a gym, pool, sauna and 24/7 concierge. Only asking for the first and last months rent. Utilities and wifi are included. However, there is a $500 damage security deposit which WILL BE REFUNDED if all furniture and room is in good condition. About you: CLEANLINESS IS A MUST! Keep the common space clean and tidy. We are easygoing and hope to meet someone that we can go along with as well. The building is a non-smoking and no-pet place, if you do wish to smoke, you could go to the park in front of the building. Price not negotiable.

Two girls that you’ll be living with are very friendly and easy-going, communication is key! In our free time, we like to explore the city, watch movies, occasional friends over but no parties. We respect each other’s privacy and would want the same from our third roommate. We both attend to TMU university and in our last year of studying.
