The apartment is located in the North End of Halifax near the Windsor St Exchange. It is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with a balcony. The room that will be for rent has closet space and the bathroom just outside the room. The shared space is open concept with there being lots of counter space in the kitchen looking into the living room. Heat and hot water is included in the rent so looking to split the cost of the electricity and internet.
