There are 2 kitchens, one on the main floor and one in the basement. There’s 3 washrooms. A full 4 piece bathroom upstairs and one 4 piece bathroom in the basement and a 2 piece powder room in the main floor. The living room and dining room are furnished. Laundry room with washer and dryer is in the basement. As we are looking for long term roommates, the bedrooms are unfinished. Parking spot is extra $100. Available March 1st, first and last required.
