The upstairs washroom is shared and there are two separate washrooms (1 of them with a second shower) for use.

All areas are commonly shared and enjoyed.

5 min walk to ttc (10 min bus to Finch Station) Super close to great trails and lots of nature.

Amenities: Sauna, Gym, Laundry, large backyard, massive eat-in kitchen with yard walkout & fiber-optic internet.

3500 sqft 5 bed 4 bathroom house

The room is 15 x 13’ w/ a large closet, afternoon sun comes through two large west-facing windows with a view of big mature trees and lots of birds singing.

In our efforts to respect everyone’s time, we have a few steps before seeing the home in person, which includes a questionnaire. Start with a private message sharing a bit about yourself, and your present work and we can go from there. Also, let us know when you are looking to move.

I live in a shared home with 3 other professional, clean, kind, and wellness-oriented individuals who are male & female. Some of us work from home thus, its quite a peaceful environment during the day with the occasional laughter filling the home. Our mindfully co-habited living space embodies open communication, mutual respect & maintaining a peaceful, clean home. We also have a lovely cat here so we can’t take on any other pets.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

A great communicator, clean, organized, hard-working with goals to improve their lives.
An early or early-ish riser that can respect a general weekday quiet time of 10 pm onward. An active individual with a positive attitude and self-respect for their body & mind.
