Distillery Lane

The second bedroom will be available on December 1st in my 1+1 apartment with 2 bathrooms.

It’s a Den (can be furnished) with private bathroom located in the Distillery District. The den is large, it has a double bed

The rent will be $1800 per month with water, heating and A/C included

To be paid in addition to the rental each month: electricity, internet and home insurance (bills which are obviously divided by two)

For security reasons, I ask for the 1st and last month’s rent in advance.

Many amenities in the building: gym, cinema room, heated outdoor swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, party room, meeting room, barbecues

You will live with me. A French girl who likes to share good times. I am respectful, clean and very nice.
