A spacious fully furnished double room located at the top of the Plateau on Rue Saint-Urbain. The room is located at the front of the apartment with lots of natural light and double-glazed windows.

Room includes a double bed, mattress, study desk and desk chair. We have more furniture available for purchase if the new tentant would like.

The apartment is made up of three other bedrooms, a living area, shared bathroom and a laundry room with a washer & dryer.

The living area includes a TV with access to over 400 channels and subscriptions to Netflix, Disney, Prime and others included. We also have an air conditioning unit and a fan in the living area.

Parking is also available at the front of the property (permit) and at the rear of the apartment (private).

The location is great! 10 minute walk to Laurier Metro and a bus stop to Downtown directly opposite the apartment. Mont Royal & Mile End are short walking distances away so you will never be far from cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, bars and vintage shops.

You will be living with two French guys and 1 Canadian guy who are great fun. They enjoy exploring what Montreal has to offer together, but also enjoy their own space.

Hobbies include cooking, watching the F1, going to bars, going to concerts and trying new things.
