Looking for roommates (singles or couples) to share a 4-bedroom house near Ottawa Street. Perfect for working professionals looking to save on living costs.

- Approx. $2400 total – we can split it evenly ($800 each) or work out another arrangement depending on the rooms.
- All utilities included (hydro, heat, water, Wi-Fi).
- Private driveway plus a garage out back.

- Laundry and storage are available in the basement.
- 2 large primary bedrooms (the house was expanded with an addition) and two smaller rooms.
Layout Flexibility: I’m flexible about who takes which rooms. I can take the front one and leave the other three to a couple.

About the roomies
I work half-remote, so I’m often behind my laptop, but I’m friendly and always happy to chat if we cross paths in the kitchen. I keep the place clean, but I’m not obsessive — just respectful of shared spaces.
I plan to give up the house eventually, and could transfer the lease if you want to stay longer.
Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis. I have a small dog (half pug, half patterdale terrier) who’s friendly with cats (at least the chill ones) but isn’t always great with other dogs or kids.
