Beautiful 3-storey, large historic Victorian home in the heart of downtown Toronto. This house is perfect for a group of university students who wish to enjoy everything that downtown Toronto has to offer.

On the main floor, you will find the kitchen which is fully stocked with range of pots, pans, cooking utensils and various appliance. The kitchen also contains a washer and dryer. Take advantage of many appliances including a gas stove, spacious fridge, and a full range of pots, pans and cooking utensils that make eating at home a breeze.

There are overall 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The available bedroom is on the first floor and shares a bathroom with someone on the second floor.

Each room is fully furnished with a queen size bed with memory foam mattress, a desk for work/study/meals, closet space including hangers and shelving Linens and towels are provided in each room.

There is high speed WiFi Internet throughout the house. The private backyard garden patio is perfect for enjoying meals or some fresh air.
