Hi! We are renting 1 unfurnished room in a 5 1/2 apartment in Pointe-Saint-Charles from the 1 of October. looking for someone who’s over 25 years old, experienced living with others in a shared space, responsible, clean, non-smoker, professional or student, and looking for long-term rent (yearly lease). This description sounds a little overly serious, but I have had a mixed bag living with others for a while. About the room: Unfurnished room (11 ft X 8 ft) with a small window and modest closet. You are allowed to paint and drill holes in the walls, but they need to be repainted and covered up when you leave. The room is 400$ including Wi-Fi + hydro calculated every 2 months between 60$ to 120$.

About the apartment: Common areas are shared kitchen, bathroom and the living room. Location: The apartment is in a quiet and cozy neighborhood (second floor). It’s close to a lot of parks, the Atwater market, 15 minutes by bike to Old-Port, and 20 to Centreville. There are three bus lines just a walk away, and metro Lasalle and metro Charlevoix stations super close by.
The shared, furnished spaces are:

• Large sunny kitchen -Living room -1 balcony (and access to backyard) -1 bathroom -Appliances (all) -The apartment is flooded with natural light thanks to its orientation and its many large windows!
