I’m looking for a roommate to rent the large den of my apt, As for myself, I’m an active person, cheerful, sociable, open to grabbing a coffee or brunch, and I like to keep things tidy and clean. I’m looking for someone with whom I can get along well. Here are a few things I would like my potential roommate to know: Rent and utilities: The room of the apartment is priced at $1200 per month, It’s in downtown, I can send you pictures.the condo has gym, pool, yoga room. Furnishing: the apartment is full furnished, include the bed in your room.

Move-in date: I’m aiming to move into the apartment before October 1st, It would be great if you could also accommodate this timeline.
