About the room
This is an unfurnished room located in a quiet and excellent location neighbourhood in North End Halifax. Internet can be provided for $45 p/m. This is a three-level, three bedroom, two bathroom condo. Currently there are two occupants and we are looking for a third to occupy a private bedroom. Room size is 10 ft x 13 ft. No pets, overnight guests, no parties. Lease agreement is for a year long. We are looking for female renters only.
