Looking for a roommate to rent one of my bedrooms upstairs. I am a single parent who lives with my six year old twins half of the time, which is from Wednesdays at 5pm to Saturdays at 5pm. The rest of the week they will be at their moms place. I am a working professional who works from home and occasionally out of town.
About the roomies
Seeking for mature, clean, non smoking, working & single roommate. Also, I’m looking for a 6 months lease. Rent will be $1000/month including internet, power, gas & water). Damage deposit is $500.
Room can be partially furnished with queen size bed (box spring & mattress). You will have your own bathroom. Kitchen downstairs to be shared as well.
