Its a story and a half home. The whole upper floor would be all yours. You must be able to do stairs. It has a queen sz bed also a mirror in the private room and no other furnishings. the adjoining open concept room can be us as an office or living area, lounge or TV room. Has plenty of closet space in both rooms and storage areas. Ceiling fans in both rooms. Your own private bathroom on main floor not shared. A spacious kitchen we would share and extra cupboard room if u have your own kitchen supplies. In a great quite neighborhood also Close to major bus routes 10min drive to downtown. Pretty central in location. Grocery store, gas stations, corydon & grant park mall are just a walk away. Safe neighbourhood. And a very decent sz back yrd. Great in the summer.

I have a 2 1/2 yr old shih tzu who is very friendly and loves people & attention. We are looking for the rght fit for us. I work 2 days from home per wk and some evenings. Hoping to find someone who loves dogs, keeping a clean house hold, and can respect personal space & boundaries. Open to meet to see if we are the rght fit. We love being at home and watching TV during our down time.
