Karen's room

The room is spacious and pretty sound proof..to an extent. There’s a tim hortins almost right across the street. And a quick walk ti lundys lane. It also has laundry facilities on site.

I am 70 years old. I’m quiet and clean. My previous room mate passed away some months ago so I now need someone to help with the rent. And the occasional conversation.
