Gare and Debra Dare's room

We have two bdrms to rent in a very large, clean and quiet house in langford bc . We are very close to Tim Hortons, 2nd hand stores, laundry mats, diners, post office, mailbox, fairways, walmart, westshore mall is walking distance if you like to walk or the drive is minutes away . This is a great place for students to study I do keep it exceptional as I’m at home doing my art, sewing, writing, cooking cleaning and best of all taking care of my pets! . We have three indoor cats with there own catio out back on the porch, as the back yard is for the downstairs tenantss pup , they both work with a child that’s in school. This large 3 bdrm 2 bathroom home is perfect for a working person or student only please. I’ve got two very nice clean rooms to rent out both furnished. With one large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. Please .no smoking , no drinking. and no drugs on the property . This home is on a cul-de-sac with telus home security doorbell cameras for our safty but we have really good nieghbours all around us we all talk and watch out for one another , this is just like going home, you come to rest, shower, sleep, get your stuff taken care off! just a nice peaceful environment . I’m in my fiftys I’m a artist. a writer I clean and cook I take care of the house and our three cats Charly ,Peanut, and Lucey-furrr. My mother is away with her g.f. and pomeranian at the present until March so I’ve got extra room . My partner works full time from 7 am until 7 pm daily. His hobbies are working on vehicles, and landscaping he’s an outdoorsy type. We like to keep things private we love to socialize with family and four legged friends are our favorite people! 😍 If you are looking for good honest people with a sence of humor your in the right place . Our front yard is very large and comfortable to enjoy relaxation to read a book or just sit and relax on our many chairs.
