I’m looking for a female to rent a 2 bedroom apartment with. St Clair and Yonge St, 600m from St Clair subway station. Private room. Rent includes heat and water. Hydro and internet (approximately $100/month) is a plus. Laundry and dryer onsite. The building is very well located as it’s right on Midtown, with libraries, banks, groceries, etc, on walking distance.

Deposit is first and half of last month (6-month lease minimum).

The unit is unfurnished, so you’re welcome to chip in to buy furniture for the shared areas (only if you want).

This is a pet-friendly home and it’ll be having 2 cats roaming freely. Roommate must be ok with cats or have their own animal (which will be very much welcomed!).

I’m a Psychology student at Yorku and I work part-time in the fundraising business. I mostly keep to myself and I’m very neat and clean. I love animals and have 2 kittens, so I’m looking for a like-minded girl to share a home with. I’m very friendly, I like playing videogames and lastly but not least, I’m a big Taylor Swift fan.
