About the room
The property is a new, modern home. The rooms are a good size. Parking is available for one car for sure. There is room for a third car, but it would have to be outside. If a person would like a pseudo apartment upstairs, I could take out the bed out of the second room, bring up a couch and the tv and desk could go in one room. Could rent both for $1500. Based on chemistry (on both sides), the stay could be longer. Access to modern washer and dryer on main floor.
About the roomies
I am a 54 year old Black male who works a home. I am just starting to rent the rooms. I would rather rent on a monthly basis, for now. If we “click” then we can talk further. I can’t say anything about the “other people” since I don’t have anyone as of yet. There is a tv in one room, a desk and a chair
