The house is brand new, beautiful, bright, airy and in a perfect location! We pride ourselves for keeping a very clean, safe, quiet, modern home located in a perfect spot in the city. We’re close to all public transit, less than a 1 min walk to TTC that gets you everywhere you need to go! If you like walking, it is 10 min walk to Jane/Bloor St W subway. Bloor St W is the home to many tasty restaurants, pubs, groceries, markets, dentists, walk-in doctors, pharmacy, etc. 15 min walk to No frills grocery store 10 min walk to the Queensway streetcar 10 min walk to High Park (800 acres for hiking, roller blading, biking, etc.) 10 min walk to lakeshore park and path (hiking, roller blading, biking, etc.) 20 mins drive to Pearson International Airport We offer a beautiful private room and a private bathroom. The room is big, bright with lots of natural light from the large windows, a large closet with built in drawers, fully furnished with a comfy queen size bed, end tables, lamps, desk and chair. The bathroom is bright with a skylight, its new and very clean, there is a bathtub and shower. The kitchen area is bright with lots of natural light, we have a large island with comfy seating for eating. There is no use of the stove however, you can warm up or cook food using a toaster over and microwave. We are looking for someone who is clean, organized, quiet, considerate and kind.

We are a young couple with 3 small and friendly Maltese puppies. We work, enjoy hiking, movies and good food. We are very clean, quiet, considerate and kind.
