The minimum required lease is 4 months comprised of first and last month’s rent, and one month’s deposit, the second-last/3rd month is paid upon the date within the 4 month lease. $4,500 of $6,000 to be paid upon signing 4 month lease. No credit required. Potential for an extended lease if both parties which are Landlord and Tenant agree to do so. Proof of employment, retirement, or post secondary educational enrolment, and bank account activity which show your income are necessary.
