Walking distance to classes, grocery store, the beach, Pacific Spirit Park, and lots more. The building has bicycle storage, a large gym with a yoga studio, and a great study space/library. The suite is equipped with air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, gas stove, balcony with a BBQ, and comes fully furnished. Sharing the condo with only one other tenant wach with private bathroom.
About the roomies
About me: I’m a 36 year old, 3rd year, physics student. I’m laid back, easy to get along with, and very clean! I have a bit of an obsession with traveling and in my very limited free time, I enjoy hiking, going out for nice dinners, board games, or relaxing at the beach. What I’m looking for: A clean, respectful, chill person who I can be friends with but doesn’t disrupt my studies too much.
