Calla's room

I share a beautiful main floor suite of a heritage house with two of my good friends. My room is the largest in the house with lots of light and two spacious closets. My roommates are both in their early 20’s and are students at UVic. Our house is located in the heart of Fernwood and is a 5 minute walk from Little June coffee shop, the Fernwood Inn, and many other stores. Our house is within walking distance (5 mins) to 27, 28, 11, 15, and 14 bus routes, so getting to UVic or Camosun is a breeze. We are also a five minute bus ride from downtown. Our house is fully furnished with lots of natural light and character. We also have laundry in the building, as well as bike storage. We have lived here for two years and have really enjoyed living in this house. We can’t wait to find a new roommate!

There are three bedrooms total in the unit, so you would be living with two roommates. The first roommate is a female student (age 20) who is studying history at UVic. She is passionate about sewing and all things creative. The second is a bio psych major (age 21) who is outgoing, active and social. Both girls are super sweet and very open to new people. Creating a community within the house is super important to them and they want whoever they live with to be okay with socializing and forming new friendships.
