Hi there,

I am looking for a roomie to share in our four-bedroom house! Majority of the people living here are LGBTQ+ community so we are an open and safe place to be with. Pets are welcomed! We are located ten minutes away from Tunney’s Pasture and bus stations are less than a five-minute walk away! Just something to take note is the room for rent is in the basement of the house and you would be sharing a bathroom with one person. The house is also not wheelchair accessible as there is stairs going up to the house and down to the room for rent.

Rent is $640.63 a month. The Internet is $27 a month (will be going down to an average of 20 in November). Hydro is an average of 40-45 dollars a month (We all do a good job monitoring usage and use laundry during off peak times to save on cost!). Gas is about 20~ a month. We also must pay for water that comes in every two months, this is an average 50-60. (So in all it’s less than 800 a month~)

We are looking for someone to be respectful of shared spaces and be a clean person. Everyone is 4/20 friendly! Cheers

Two of us living here are apart of the LGBTQ community! I am a trans male person and the other two folks living with us are cis male. The bathroom downstairs near the room for rent is the bathroom I use so, we would be sharing a bathroom. Our age range here is 27-early thirties. No one but I own an animal, she’s an elderly kitty who likes to sleep in my room. Though if you get to know her she would probably want to sleep in your lap. :)
