2 rooms apartment, fully furnished and equipped with gym and bbq terrace. Near metro Bonaventure at 15min walking and supermarket really close. All bills included except hydro and internet ($900rent + $150hydro/internet). One of the rooms, unfortunately has no windows. The lease will end in June 2024.

I am looking for someone to share the apartment with. I was sharing the apartment with my roommate but, due to job related issues I need to step out of the country and I am looking for someone to share the apartment with my other roommate. My roommate is a working 28 years old, quiet and clean person. We are looking for someone with the same profile preferably.
