I am looking for a female roommate to join me starting November 1st in my two-bedroom apartment on the commons downtown! The apartment is located on the 10th floor of The MacDonald Apartments with a balcony and amazing view.

I am a young professional that works at the hospital downtown, and I am ideally looking for another young professional or grad-student. I have a cat (Mieka) that lives in the apartment with me (can be spotted in the photos). She is young, quiet, and very friendly. If interested, please provide a small blurb about yourself.

The rent is approximately $950 each per month, all in. The living room and kitchen area is already fully furnished. The building has a shared laundry facility, small pool and gym. They have cleaners employed for shared spaces (lobby, hallways, elevators) and a management office. Underground parking is available for an extra charge per month ($100).

I am a plant & animal loving introvert! I have lots of house plants in the apartment and enjoying spending time hanging out with Mieka. I am sociable and like to chill with friends but also love my own space and independence. My hobbies include watching netflix, playing boardgames, hanging out with my boyfriend and friends, exploring, and shopping/thrifting.
