Steps to trails and parks and convenience store. Shared bathroom for now on upper level, however adding an additonal bathroom in the near future in the basement level for me. Shared kitchen and eating breafast area, driveway and outdoor space. 1 parking spot available for each roomie as I will use the garage. Cars would need to be moved to accommodate each other as a it a long 2 car driveway (not side to side). 900/room including utilities/wifi but not including personal mobile phone usage.

I am a 50 year old single woman currently caring for my elderly mother but she is soon moving into a LTC facility She has her own bedroom. I am easy going, well organized and clean and tidy but not a super clean freak. Lol! I work from home 3 days a week and have my own private office space. I have a cat and a dog and smoke cannabis outside or in the garage. I love to garden, craft and thrift shop. Looking for 1 or 2 single people or 1 single parent with 1 or 2 children.
