Two bedroom apt, with shared bathroom, located in Centretown. The room is unfurnished and rental price includes all utilities.

Extremely high walkability score, <10 min walk to Parliament, canal, grocery stores (e.g. Farmboy, Indepent), Goodlife etc.

Parking available for extra $. Balcony is spacious, and you can store your bike there should you have one.

ABOUT ME: I am respectful, clean and friendly. I work a 8-6 pm hybrid office job, and typically do some sort of physical activity in the evening whether it be working out, soccer (I support Manchester United), or Muay Thai. I have a partner based in the US and travel often to visit her.

LOOKING FOR: A considerate roommate who cleans up after themselves. I personally don’t smoke, but I have no issue with someone who does, as long as they do it on the balcony. No parties, but guests/visits is fine as long as we BOTH agree to it (e.g. a partner visiting you once a week/for a visit is cool, but not looking for a third roommate). I am good with a 3 or 6 month rental agreement (negotiable), then month to month rental afterwards.
