Hi there, I have been accepted for a 2 bedroom but my roommate has bailed on me so just looking to see if I can get a roommate before having to give it up. I have a video of the place and I think it’s so nice.
It will be a shared washroom and kitchen and living room. If we have similar taste, I think we could decorate so cutely! I have no pets, pets are allowed but only small dogs and cats and please keep in mind I will be getting a dog down the line.
It is FOB entry. It’s mainly seniors and professionals in the building and we’d be on the 3rd floor. We have a balcony, a hookup for a BBQ, and storage room. There is in unit laundry and are utilities will be split. Rent is nine hundred and so is the damage deposit. The actual rent is eighteen hundred + utilities.
About me, I’m 20F, I work a lot but on my days off I like to go for walks and watch movies. I love reading and being outdoors. I’m in the middle when it comes to a night out vs a night in. I’m not a party girl but if I do go out, I don’t take that stuff home with me. I am looking for someone who’s nice and civil. I love to bake so expect goodies and I like tidy spaces.
