Location and high end hotel style amenities is the focus. This is a roommate agreement. Offered is one private room with a private bathroom/shower. Usage of the front part of the apartment only. A private room /no windows at the front of the apartment with a private bathroom across the hall. Access allowed of the washer/dryer. A door in the hallway remains closed and is private usage of the primary Tennant . Please be advised that there is an agreement that there will be no smoking or vaping allowed . No cooking ,no pets. Due to the small size of the room . The agreement is for one person to have usage . A guest may be allowed for a limited time . But not as a second person staying there. It is strongly stated , that only two persons maximum are allowed in the rental space at any given time .

The other Tennant is a middle aged male . Has a girlfriend and two Bichon dogs that stay on and off. Noise level is low , non smoker . The preference of a roommate would be a male that is mature and 30’s plus age group . That agrees with moderate-low noise levels and does not attempt to cook in the room .
