Hello! I am looking for a roommate to share my 2 bed 2 bath downtown. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment so you will have lots of privacy. Rent includes all utilizes, internet, and in-suite laundry. There is only carpet in the bedroom but it is brand new. The place is pet friendly, pending approval of the condo board. I have one cat who is friendly and gets along well with both cats and dogs.

I’m a 32 year old art teacher and I’m quiet and clean. I like to go outside, have lots of plants and travel. I’m used to living with roommates and respecting each other’s space.
