Langside Street

The house is located less than 5 minutes away from the University of Winnipeg, perfect for students. The fully furnished room is extremely large with a queen sized bed, desk, television, couch, table and dresser with mirror. There is an eat in kitchen on the main floor, 2 full bathrooms, and gym equipment in the unfinished basement. There are numerous grocery stores within a 5-10 minute walk as well. Must be ok with cats as there is one in the house, she is super friendly.

I am the owner of the house. I work in entertainment setting up the audio equipment for concerts and running a spotlight during the shows. I am also a competitive powerlifter. At the moment there are 2 others in the house, one is an artist and the other is from Ukraine.
