It shares a 3-pc bathroom with one other roommate. Laundry room is also located on the second floor. It shares kitchen and common areas on the main floor with the rest of roommates and 2 dogs.

House is in a quiet cul-du-sac: there is driveway (outdoor) parking available, and if you don’t drive, it is near a transit bus stop, 5 minutes ride to Somerset-Bridlewood C-Train station. Grocery, banks within walking distance.
