We are a friends (Males & F over 30), seeking to share our 3 level home with (ONE) mature professional person (employed OUTSIDE the house weekdays), someone who would like a real home, with responsible, self-aware, healthy housemates. We have the ideal space for an easy going, no drama, community-minded, emotionally and financially secure individual, who is willing to contribute to keeping the house beautiful and functional.

We share weekly chores (vacuuming, kitchen, bathrooms, hallways), snow shovelling in winter.

The house is in an upscale residential neighbourhood on a quiet cul-de-sac.
