Comes with a Single bed however you can bring your own bed if you wish.
Alot of the house hold things are included in these costs like laundry detergent (laundry is once per week, we can discuss which day works best), cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, electricity/water bill, Wi-Fi.
Bedroom is furnished. This is in a Duplex. Parking on the street is available.

Roomies will be with myself the Owner and my kids ( Ages 16. 19. 24). Interview is required. We have hosted exchange students for 14 years but due to the inflation, food can no longer be included.
